POLICIES:

Rates:   Holidays, Weekends, Seasons and Special Events are subject to special rates and minimum stays. (Feb 1st-April 23rd: 5 Night Stay Requirement) All Studios are based on 2 person occupancy.  2 Bedroom Units rates are based on the occupancy of  4 – any additional persons including children over 5 years of age are $10.00 extra per person, per night.

Occupancy:  Maximum occupancies are 6 for the 2 Bedroom and 4 for the studios.   ALL SUITES ARE NON-SMOKING and NO PETS ALLOWED!

DEPOSITS: Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of deposit. Deposits are equal to one night's rate for each week that is booked.

Deposits are non-refundable for Spring Season and all Holidays!

Deposits that are not during Season or a Holiday are refundable less a $50 cancellation fee if cancelled 7 days or more prior to your arrival date.

If cancellation is made with in 7 days of arrival date then you will receive a credit voucher for a future stay less a $50 cancellation fee.

All cancellations made the day of arrival forfeit the full deposit. No exceptions.

The balance including tax is due upon arrival.  Payment may be made w/MC, Visa, Discover, AMEX, Travelers Checks, Money Orders and or Cash.  No personal checks accepted at the time of Check –In.

Hours are from 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.  Monday-Thursday and 9:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M. on Friday and Saturday. Sunday is 10:00am to 5:00 P.M.

Check-In is at 3:00 P.M. & Check-Out is at 11:00 A.M. 

Late check outs may be available upon request for a fee.

ALL SUITES ARE NON-SMOKING

Sorry but NO PETS Allowed.

PARKING: All rooms are allowed 1 parking space per room booked. If an additonal parking space is required then it will be at the rate of $10 per day for the 2nd space. Visitors are required to register with the office and pay the $10 daily fee to park on property. Boat and Trailer parking is $1 per foot, per day.
